Website privacy notice
Updated October 5, 2026.
Website and demo data
The current demo runs in your browser. RFP text, review checks and decisions are not sent to a server or saved as a customer account. Refreshing the page clears the review. Downloaded files remain on your device. Do not enter confidential bid information into the public demonstration.
Contact and onboarding
These forms prepare a downloadable brief on your device; they do not submit it to FieldOps Foundry. If you separately email a brief, your email provider and the receiving mail service process that message.
Hosting and analytics
Cloudflare hosts this website and a Cloudflare analytics beacon is present. Cloudflare may process connection and usage information to deliver, secure and measure the website under its own policies. The analytics configuration has not been independently audited for cookie behavior.
Questions
Contact [email protected] about website privacy. Any future service that stores customer documents will need a separate privacy and data-handling agreement before onboarding.
